Reese-unzel got a new do! She was sick and tired of letting down her long hair and letting her evil mother brush all the tangles out, so off to Randi we went! (She didn't quite have enough for Locks of Love. Those little people torsos can be deceiving!)
This is actually something she'd been asking for for month or so, but once we decided on the Smurf theme I told her we should wait until after Halloween.
I could not believe how excited she was to do this. I was excited, but also really nervous. What if she didn't like it? What if she freaked out like her mom does every time she gets her own hair whacked off? Long story short...she didn't. Not even close. I was in a bit of shock, but she was in instant love. To quote her as she stared at herself in the mirror for the entire rest of the day, "WOW! I just look so so beautiful!" and "I hope my hair never grows again!"
Yep, to say she's excited is a bit of an understatement.
