Kindergarten Grad

I won't pretend that I don't find the whole hoopla of a kindergarten graduation a bit excessive at times.

But I have to admit that I got a little teary-eyed during that sweet, school-year slideshow.

It reminded me how something that started so rough (2 full months of daily tears)...

ended as such a happy and special experience for Claire.

She learned so much academically (she's a whiz in math!), grew to absolutely LOVE her teacher,

and made some super special friends along the way. (Can't ignore the fact that there was much drama that also came along with these friendships. :) )

Kindergarten really turned out to be a big growing-up year for Claire, and I'm very proud of the sweet, fun, smart, beautiful, & spunky little girl that she is!
