If you don't get that reference that's probably a good thing.
It's just that in all of the history of potty training (or at least in this house), this kid is pretty much the worst.
He started off SO great! He caught on quickly and I thought it would be a cinch.
Well, add that training on to a 3 day weekend where you think things will be easier with extra "help", and it actually becomes the beginning to inconsistency. He was going pee pretty well on his own (the power of skittles!), but #2 was almost never happening and would only come out at night while he was asleep. Joyous.
He actually does pretty well when we're out and about, but when we're home, and clothes are on...forget it. Hence the constant nakey buns.
I know there are steps I can take to train him better, but man oh man, have I been so ready to throw in the towel for a bit! Or in this case, more like 10 towels! I still go back and forth about giving it a break for a month then hitting it super crazy once I can regroup. Still trying to figure that all out.

Potty training is so frustrating! Don't you wish they came with one of those little turkey timers, that just pop out so you know when they're ready to potty train? It would save a lot of headaches! Hang in there!
Yikes! Why did I start? We can do this, right?
