It's pretty much a guarantee that this song is running through my head every Friday. I know it's old news, but I just love it! I mean, how can you not?! Two of my favorite parts...the big life decision about where to sit and "we so excited".
Anyway, we so excited around here too. I am feeling so fabulous this lovely Friday! The antibiotics worked like a charm and I am feeling back to normal. Maybe a chubbier and more tired normal, but definitely "normal" for just having a baby 2 weeks ago.
Also, we so excited about the pictures my friend Rachel took this morning of Baby Evers! The girls, my mom and I got up pretty early to get ready and head out, but it was totally worth it (for me anyway). Everett was definitely making some funny old man faces throughout, but was also so dang cooperative. It was by far the least stressed I've been while having one of my newborn's pictures taken. Probably also because Rachel was so sweet as well as good at giving direction. Here's a sneak peek she just sent me. I can't wait to see the rest!
Anyway, I am definitely looking forward to this weekend. I can't wait to get some good sleep tomorrow while Tom gets up with the girls. I don't know if Tom knows that that's the plan yet, but it is. :) Tom is also off from work this whole next week so we're going to have fun, fun, fun, fun. Probably not actually. It will most likely be full of taking care of all the broken things around our house and maybe a bit of relaxing. Hasta pasta, my dears!

That picture is to die for! He is just so cute!!! I am SO sorry that you got so sick. That is miserable. Doesn't it feel like a cruel joke to feel that way after just giving birth and having a newborn? I'm so glad you're finally feeling on the mend. Have a fun week!!

I just barely watched that video after Lance had woken up the last 2 fridays singing that song and I had no idea what he was talking about until he insisted that I watch it. I was laughing almost the entire way through the song. I also love the, "We so excited!" part as well. I didn't realize it was even a new song. But anyways...glad you're feeling somewhat normal again. Hope you can catch up on sleep. You definitely need it!
