Mission Accomplished!

Last night I accomplished my goal to find some cute new threads for the little guy. At Target, of course!! They never let me down. A corduroy jacket and vest?! Like I said, little boys' church clothes are my favorite! They crack me up.
I know it's probably annoying that I always say how much I got things for, but I just can't help myself. Just let me have my moment. :) It's like it makes things even cuter for me. Each outfit was 75% off making them only $6 each. So he won't be able to wear them until he's 1, but I just couldn't pass them up! I got a couple other clearance items (below) that are decently cute too. So you guys were right...there is hope!

Very cute! Gymboree is kind of hit or miss, but I've picked up some cute dress clothes for Asher on clearance there.

I am so so so excited for you guys. I agree with many parts of your last post. As a lady who loves all things "girl" and even hoped (a little bit) for all girls, I love the simplicity of boys (and not having to do more hair). In my opinion, it's all about the church clothes and the hats. I fully believe my little baby should be wearing sweaters, dress shirts, ties, and argyle socks every Sunday. Another tip is I know a lot of little boys don't like hats on their heads, so when Sawyer plays at home I have him wear a baseball cap so he can be used to having something on his head.

You are a good shopper and will be able to find cute boy things. Gap does simple play clothes weel, and Children's place does awesome dress shirts, sweaters, ties, and dress shirts.

Reese and Claire are going to love that little boy to death. Can't wait to meet him this summer.

Have I commented emough yet?

I get way too excited about this shopping business, but do you have a H&M in Denver? Their baby boy jeans are the cutest ever. If you don't have one there I will get you a pair.

Ironically, the first time I went shopping for baby girl clothes, I came away empty handed. (Although I saw tons of things that I would have gotten for a boy!) I guess I figured that I was going to get so much stuff as gifts that what I actually bought had to be so super cute, that you could die over it. It was a long time before I actually bought something, and now I don't even know what it would have been.
I am a Carter's kind of girl, and love to buy their stuff at outlets or Costco. Target will sometimes have cute little onesies too, although that's hit or miss. I love Little Me too, such cute things, although a little more expensive and a little harder to find.
My boys have never been to church in just a tee shirt or rhomper. They never wear tennis shoes to church either, so I totally get where you're coming from on the little boy church clothes thing. Stock up at Easter and Christmas, it's hard to find in other seasons, although you can always find dress shirts online at Gap and places like that. (Sometimes you can even find them in onesie form)

Congrats on the baby! You look FABULOUS by the way- how can one look so skinny and cutely pregnant at the same time? Glad you found some cute boy stuff. Yes, boy clothes are way duller than girls, but at least you have two girls to shop for too!
