The Belly: 20 Weeks

There ya go! The halfway belly shot. 20 weeks seems to be the only real belly picture I get with any of my pregnancies. I could have turned off the flash and maybe at least cleaned my mirrors before taking it. Oh well, you get the idea...things are expanding all over the place! My belly seems to be bigger and bigger by 20 weeks with each pregnancy. Aww, good times.

I'm really overall feeling pretty good. I still get a little sick every now and then, but with all my pregnancies I seem to throw up a couple times a week from this point until the end. Honestly though, the sickness hasn't been all that bad this time around. Like I've mentioned before, the worst part (so far) has been the depressive funk that has made me feel so blah. But I feel like I'm finally pulling out of it! My overall desire to keep up on housework is back and I also finished up two painting projects this last week that I'd been putting off for months. This makes me happy. Even my little daughters are seeming cuter than ever before. :)

The BIG ultrasound is on Wednesday and I can hardly wait! I seriously keep having dreams about driving to my appointment. For me, it just seems more real once I know the gender. You'd think the huge mass growing in front of me and the cute little flutters I feel would trigger the realness of pregnancy. But for me, the bonding starts more once I'm able to stop calling the baby "he OR she". Let's just hope "he or she" cooperates on Wednesday!

Oh my goodness..you're so stinkin' cute! I feel ya on the depressive funk. I am so social..until I get pregnant. Then I prefer doing nothing all the time.
Take care!!

You seriously look so cute with your little baby bump. I am actually looking forward to getting that definitive bump look rather than just looking plump like I am now. Can't wait to hear the big news on Wednesday!!

Wow--you could be on the cover of parenting or pregnancy magazines because you make pregnancy look really cute.

I'm glad you're feeling better! I'll check back later this week for the big news!

Whatever - that's how I look whenever I'm 8 weeks pregnant. I totally win. If only I had a picture to prove it.

I'm marking my calendar to check your blog on Wednesday.

You look so cute! I'm sure he OR she will cooperate Wednesday if you eat a piece of candy once you check in. That's always done the trick for me anyway.

Did baby #3 cooperate? Another adorable, spunky girl to add to the Bjorkman collection? Or a little Mr. Heartbreaker?
