I'm comin' to you live from my "crib." Just thought I'd give you a little tour of where I've been kickin' it with my bad self these past 8 1/2 months.
And this little craigslist beauty is where you can find me and my old lady at about 5 a.m. Yeah, she's not too happy about that. Whatev. I've been needing to wake up earlier than normal to refuel before I can finish off my beauty sleep.
And this, my peeps, is where most of the booty changin' goes down.
My ma and pa found this changing table at a scratch and dent place for a 1/4 of the price and just repainted it. They so crazy!

This sweet little set-up (below) is where I spend most hours of my life. The bedding was actually my big sis's, but my rents (aka mommy and daddy) did their best to still make my room different and spe-zecial (special) for me.

Okay, that room is to die for!!! It is just way too adorable. I love, love, love the crib and changing table. And all of the colors work so well together. It definitely looks way different than Reese's room (but both are sooo cute!) Of course the cutest thing in that whole room is that sweet little girl of yours. I just want to squeeze and kiss those little cheeks!!
First off Rachel, your daughters are beautiful. Secondly, the rooms are both fantastic! wow! I painted Kaelyn this beautiful green and purple princess room, then we had Liam and the poor kid is stuck in the princess room until we can move! also, we too paint nails on the potty (recently KK painted Liam's nails...poor kid!) and you look great too, btw. and I love your blog! ;)

Too funny. Great job on the homey-G thing. Claire's little poses and faces crack me up - I almost believed she was actually narrating! It's hard to believe that's the same white room I stayed in a couple years ago. What'd you do with the bed, sell it? Move it to the loft? And where'd you get the CLAIRE name?
This is the cutest post ever! I love her room. It gave me some new ideas for finishing up Delaney's room! And by the way....I missed you at Wal-Mart the other day. I totally expected that you would be there!

Love it! It's so fun to see all the creative things other people do! I'm afraid to shop craigslist and garage sales right now, because there's still so much I want to do/change about our house, and I'm supposed to be saving money! Then I see your cute house and it makes me want to shop!

I love that you guys painted the walls blue for Claire's nursery and it is still so girly--way cute decorating and way cute blog post. It was so much fun meeting Claire and seeing Reese and hanging out & catching up with you guys!!!
Oh my gosh! I had to laugh out loud! Her room is so dang cute!!! Where did you find the letters for her name, those cute picture frames, growth chart, and flower sconce. Seriously, can you just come decorate my girls' rooms? Loved the pimp my ride at the end. I can't believe she can actually sit on that toddler bike. It seems like last week you were posting her newborn pics. Where did the time fly?
So cute, I have no eye for things like this. Good thing we only have a 2 bedroom so our next kid will just have to bunk with Zachary.

Thanks guys. Lil' Gangsta "C" appreciates all the compliments. I have so much fun decorating little girl's rooms...all the fun bright colors.
The letters were white letters that I bought from "Hobby Lobby" and then I just decorated them with scrapbook paper and other scrapbooky type things. The scrapbooking master, Kassiah, showed me the way when she helped me make letters like that for my last name. There's no glass in front of them, just a frame.
Ally, the picture frames were cheap ones from Michael's that I spray-painted and the "mats" are just scrapbooking paper behind the glass with the pictures taped in the middle. The growth chart was from my mom's old store, and the vase I got at a thrift store. Sorry that's not too much actual info.
Way cute roo. I love decorating kids rooms too. Clair is flippin adorable.

That post was the best one I've seen. The hat is so cute on Claire and that picture of her sitting in the chair is perfect. Great room - Claire is lucky to have such a talented, crafty mommy. I won't show my girls that post, but I did enjoy seeing it myself.
