Farewell Mr. & Mrs. Travis Marlow

Our good friends the Smarts moved away last week. It all happened very suddenly and kind of shocked us all, including them. Tom, Reese, and I will miss many many things about them living here: 1) Reese will miss smooching Gavin, 2) I won't have anymore of Hollie's amazing pictures adorning my walls or blog, 3) but most importantly we will miss Hollie and the SWEET and talented person that she just is and Travis and the hilarious, fun and intelligent person that he is. We cherish their friendship and know that it's not over, but we would just much rather have them here! I'm a little late in posting this video (it took me a while to gather all the pictures), but here goes:

Thank you Rachel. We love you so much. The video makes me cry and laugh at the same time. We can't wait to see you and everyone again. At least we know that we will be related through marriage some day. I love you, you are so sweet.

What a bummer. It sucks when friends move away. Unless this particular friend moved to Utah, then I could hire her to take my family pictures. :)

What a lucky little boy to already have dibs on Reese! That was a sweet tribute, Rachel. You're such a good friend to your friends.

So...I thought I was done with the emotional part--until I watched your posting. What great memories!! Thanks also for answering all of my "blogging" questions. I'm sure I'll have many more to come.....

That is so sad! This is one part of being students that is awful for me! We always have people we love coming and going, and we do our fair share of that ourselves. Too many people to miss!
