So Cute I Could Just Eat Her Up

Happy Halloween everybody! We had so much fun this year with our little sweetie!

She was so cute waddling around in her poofy little costume. This was originally a squishy pillow that I bought when she was first born. The size was perfect this year so I had my mom help me convert it into a costume. (And those are supposed to be peanut butter cup wrappers around her piggies just in case you can't tell.)

Last year was not quite as fun for Reese since she was only 3 weeks old and was forced into a giant pumpkin costume by her mean parents.

Trick or treating at her first house. (Our next door neighbors and good friends the Harmons.)

It was so fun for the 3 of us to all go out together. Reese looked confused but very happy to be out walking around when it was so dark and with so many strange looking people around.

Enjoying her goodies (Reminder (for mom!!!): you can always mute the blog music on the bottom of the page.)

So this is what I wanted Tom to be this year, but we didn't get to it quite in time. I don't know which candy I would have been though. Maybe we'll do it some other year...we'll just have to name our next baby "Skittles" or something.

You are so creative Rachel. Her hair in wrappers makes it that much more hilarious.

Holy cow--Reese is sooooo incredibly darling! Oh how I wish you could've just walked next door to our house and trick-or-treated....so are you moving next door or what? I'll kick out my crazy neighbor. I cannot believe how cute she looks!

Look at that walking girl! And just in time for Halloween. The costume turned out absolutely adorable. Good work Rach. Hmmm... that gets me thinking... maybe next year I should dress Austin as the state of Texas. If only they made Texas shaped throw pillows.

Like it, love it, what a great idea! Your next kid could be Baby Ruth??? ;) Seeing the kids dressed up is the best part of Halloween. The adults, at least at the silly singles Halloween parties, use the event as an excuse to wear things they shouldn't! Not so cute....

Thanks guys. I knew I had to do the Reese's costume at least once before she wants to be a princess every year!

Marisa, I wish we could've trick-or-treated right next door at your house. I still say we all move into a Sparks apt. Can you imagine? ha

Heidi, you should totally make Austin the state of Texas next year! :)

Marissa, there was a family in my home ward and all of their kids were named after candy. They were Heath, Clark, and Ruth. I'm pretty sure we won't go that route though. ;D And I totatlly agree that girls use Halloween as an excuse to dress yucky. The other day in the kids' club at the gym the babysitter was dressed in this seductive bee costume. Let's just say that I wasn't so impressed when she bent over to pick up Reese.

Debbie, my clothes?! That's so nice of you. I'm a big Ross shopper these days. It's a great place to shop if you have patience. I love it because there's so much variety so you're not wearing the same exact thing that everybody else is wearing. I've gotten most of my jeans there lately and they're only about $13-15.

Reese is the cutest thing ever! She really is. I mean, I hope you and Tom realize that you definitely have the absolute cutest child that is on the earth right now. I'm not just saying that. I wouldn't. :)

Her costume is so perfect! So clever. And I would've loved to see Tom as a Sugar Daddy. Definitely a future Halloween.

That is so cute. I love that for the first two years of their life you can really pick out their costumes, and this is a great costume for her. She is so cute in it! Too bad Tom's costume didn't come in time though!
