Trouble!

Who me?!

The little dude officially figured out the whole crawling thing about 2 weeks ago. And boy do I think we're in for it!

His curiosity level already seems to be much more than the girls' ever was. 3 days into crawling I found him in my bathroom clearing out my cabinet and helping himself to some tasty cotton balls. Yesterday, he discovered the fridge.
Even with all the craziness crawling brings, I cannot deny how much I love seeing that little bum scooting across the floor!

Moving on to Trouble-Maker #2--My boy-crazy Reesey girl

Reese's passionate crushes started young (remember Gunnar) and really haven't died down much. Her latest crush is on a boy she rides the school bus with...Kaden, a big kindergartner. Her first week riding the bus she came home with a "flower" (dandelion) he had given her. Several weeks later she told me that he blew her a kiss. That was innocent enough and I laughed. But not long after that, she came home telling me that he gave her a kiss on the cheek. I tried to play it cool, but what?! Anytime you say his name, she giggles. Every now and then I'll check and say, "Kaden didn't kiss you today did he?" Her latest response through a giggle was, "Mom! Kaden and I are best friends. We can kiss each other if we want to." Oh no she didn't! I told her that she was going to have to have a talk with her Daddy about that one.

Then there's Claire. She's 3. And I'm pretty sure that the definition of "3" is "trouble"!

I sure love these little trouble-makers even if they are helping contribute to my gray hair collection!

I love your stories. Today while I was reading your blog Elodie said, "Hey, those look like Sister Bjorkman's kids." :)

If 3 is the definition of trouble...I may wait to have #4 until the boys are 4...because they are pretty busy little guys and they aren't even two yet...

I love your blog posts. Your photos and storytelling skills are tops!

Oh yeah, boys are way more curious and into things than most girls. He'll push every button he can find, rip things apart and cause you multiple calls to he poison control center for swallowing marbles, pennies and tylenol. Good luck :o). It's not so bad, but I'm used to it I guess. The whole girls having crushes and kissing boys thing scares me, but maybe just cause I'm not in that stage yet.

Kissing boys in preschool! Don't tell me that!! I'm already worried that Josie is going to be seriously boy crazy. Fortunately Reese has you and Tom to help her keep those boys at bay!
Claire and Everett are just cute. I can't believe that your baby is crawling. Why must our babies grow so fast!?!

Oh man, boys for me were way more curious. They were faster and got into a ton more. Get ready for BUSY. Its just the beginning. Then they seemed to mellow again at 3. All I have to say is good thing these trouble makers are so dang cute. It makes our job easier. Reese cracks me up with all her giggles.
