Santa In Da House!

Our bishopric has some major connections with the North Pole. They arranged for Santa to come to each child in our ward's home. How great is that?! Our neighborhood was up first last night, so when I told the girls in the morning about the very special jolly visitor that was going to be coming by, they were beyond thrilled. That thrill lasted all day! Right up until the doorbell rang anyway....

Santa's Visit 2011 from Rachel Bjorkman on Vimeo.

The more Tom and I watch this video, the funnier it gets for us (for many different reasons). Definitely a new Bjorkman family favorite!

Hilarious!!! I think that is the best reaction to Santa. It tops the horrified look Miles had on his face!

That is hilarious! Andrew is still afraid of him too.

That is laugh out loud funny! I never liked Santa as a kid either... and I so don't blame your girls. Glad Everett was brave enough to sit on his lap so it wasn't a total bust, though. Merry Christmas!

Btw, is Jen in your area? Or did they move back to Hawaii? I'm trying to track her down. Also, I need your address so I can mail your Christmas card before Christmas has come and gone. Will you email me? Thanks!

Love the little slice of Bjorkman life. I guess Santa is best as an unseen visitor. I have to say, I love the trench-coat secret service men backing him up.

And Ruthie totally loves to put Summer in her doll stroller too. Summer has the same look of glee on her face as Everett does. And I also both approve of the activity while simultaneously telling her "careful, careful".

That is hilarious! My kids were also pretty scared of Santa this year, I'm glad you had one too young to know the difference.

I love this video! Santa must have had a busy night on Sunday because he and Mrs Claus stopped by our house too. We'd just been talking about how Eden needed to clean her room, she responded with sass, then there was a knock at the door. She was so traumatized to realize that Santa really was watching her every move--she hid under the dining room table and i had to pry her fingers off the chair legs. Ha ha!

Merry Christmas!

How fun! What a great Bishopric! We went to a breakfast at our little school last weekend, and my kids wouldn't go see Santa even after we told them it was their favorite teacher in a Santa suit. Santa's just intimidating, I guess!

You're so good to have gotten that Santa visit on camera! I wish I did because Brooke scream-cried and ran and hid behind Cory's leg. Brady really wanted to show Santa where his stocking was.
Everett is such a good sport. I love that one of the red ball on his nose.
