Miss Reese is currently cutting tooth number 15 and 16 (obviously not those actual tooth numbers for all you fellow dental nerds). I always hear so many people say, "My little one just got 5 new teeth yesterday and I had no idea." What the?! Not my little Reese. She lets it be known. Poor girl. She's had a temp of 103 and hasn't had anything but milk for 2+ days now. It is kind of sweet to have her all cuddly again though. It's so cute when she's lying there because I pat her back to soothe her and she pats my arm at the same time like she's trying to soothe me too.It has been nice to have a buddy to watch all my recorded "Who's the Boss" episodes with though. It's quite possibly the best show ever created. I watch it so much that Tom now cringes when he hears the theme song come on (that's the lovely music playing below for your listening pleasure). The story lines are amazing, not to mention the insane sexual tension between Tony and Angela.
While she's been napping I've gone crazy organizing and throwing things away. I get the biggest high when I throw things out! I'm not a clean freak, but I am definitely an anti-clutter nazi. (You know you're an obsessed blogger when you have a picture of your trash for visual effect.)
I only found one lovely expired surprise while cleaning. It expired back in 2004. Don't go calling me Sherie Koch just yet. I still haven't beaten her record of Tylenol with an expiration date of '94.
So that's it for us right now. We're pretty darn boring. We didn't leave the house all day yesterday and I don't think we'll make it out today either. She's laying her head on me right now as I type.
Since we're so boring here's something a little more fun from "Friends" that will make you never listen to the song "Tiny Dancer" the same way again. (You may need to mute the music at the bottom of my blog for a sec to hear it.)

I love Who's the Boss too! I'm sorry Reese isn't feeling good. I always like to tackle huge projects while my kids are sick because they aren't making any other messes, just laying down. It is fun to cuddle them though!
Poor Reese! But it is kind of nice to have them resting and cuddly so much. Cuddos to you for decluttering your house! You are an inspiration. You should probably come and help me get started because I'm HORRIBLE at that kind of stuff. But, truthfully, I would never let anyone see what lurks in my closets.
great friends clip! yeah. who's the boss was great. i think i have watched the E true hollywood story for that show like 10 times!!
sorry about reese. getting teeth for kids is the worst! glad you got to do some cleaning though while she's napping. very liberating to let some things go!
Oooh poor baby!! I hate it when they don't feel well but love the cuddling!! Hopefully her teeth will feel better soon!!
Poor Reese! I hope she's feeling better.
I had forgotten all about Who's the Boss until now. I'm glad you're enjoying that and finding the time to fit in Arrested Development as well.
Cutting teeth is the worst!!!! I hate it when they're so miserable--it always seems to go on forever. But the major plus side is all the cuddles. I secretly like it (well just a little) when my kids are sick because they'll sit and snuggle without jumping right off to play. Isn't that kind of sick? He, he!
I can't believe I haven't watched that show in over 10 years and I can still sing the theme song! Tell Reesy Austin and I hope she feels better. Austin doesn't eat or drink much when he's running a fever either. But my mom found this great chocolate pedia-sure drinkthat he will drink when he's not feeling good. Might be a good option for getting extra nutrients in her for next time.
